Lycée Technique Sainte-Marie recently had the distinct honor of welcoming a truly inspiring guest to our campus: Mr. Jean Claude Ndikumana, the Founder and Director General of the energy company NECOS.
Rather than a standard corporate presentation, Mr. Ndikumana offered our students a deeply personal and heartfelt sharing session. With incredible humility, he spoke openly about his own life journey, reflecting on the significant hardships and obstacles he faced along the way and how determination helped him overcome them.
He left our school community with a profound piece of wisdom that resonated deeply with everyone present: his path to success was rooted in maintaining a balance across three essential dimensions—the body, the mind, and the soul.
His intervention served as a powerful source of motivation for our students. By sharing his struggles alongside his achievements, Mr. Ndikumana encouraged our youth to persevere through their academic and personal challenges, to believe in their potential, and to cultivate a true spirit of initiative.
